To check availability and prices or to make a booking then click (here or) on "Availability" in the drop down menu from the "Prices and Booking" tab.

Due to the high number of enquiries we usually only accept bookings for a minimum of two nights during the summer season. However, you can ring or email us and we may be able to help, especially close to the required date.

If you wish to book for 2 or more nights and we don’t appear to have availability for your chosen dates, it’s worth phoning or emailing to check as sometimes we are able to move shorter bookings to different rooms.

Prices

We like our guests to return again and again and we know that by blending the luxury and comfort of a good hotel with the warm, friendly and personal atmosphere of a loved home, they do.

Full Wiltshire Breakfast is included with the room rates and is served in our attractive dining room. We try to use organic and local produce where possible and can cater for most diets given advance notice.

Our room prices are simple and straight forward with a low and high season:

For couples from £40.00 per person per night.
 
Sole Occupancy of a double room from £60.00 per night 

Bookings

Avalon Lodge offers the perfect respite from a hard day, a rich reward at the end of a touring adventure, or the ideal romantic getaway. If you would like to arrive early or leave late let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. 

Making a booking - Bookings can be made securely through our website. Alternatively, please do call or e-mail us if you have any specific enquiries or requests. 

In order to confirm any booking we will ask for a credit or debit card number with which to secure the booking and request a deposit of one night’s stay. Please note the Terms & Conditions  and like all travel arrangements it does make sense to have appropriate travel insurance or at least holiday cancellation cover.

Check-in is usually from 4.00pm to 7.00pm and in order to make sure rooms are ready for new guests our normal check out time is 10.30am.

Please note that we do have 2 cats and although these are kept out of the guest rooms it is advisable for those with an allergy to mention this at booking. 

Unfortunately due to the age and style of the building, none of our guest bedrooms are on the ground floor and therefore the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems. Please see our Meeting your Needs page, which contains further information.

Other Information

We regret that currently we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years or to allow dogs (unless assist ones) in the house. Dogs are very welcome to visit and use the grounds if they are happy to sleep in their owners' cars.
